The CTS Turnkey Solution comes with a free 12 months parts and labour warranty. That is to say, that in the unlikely event of an equipment failure CTS will replace the item free of charge within the warranty period. Furthermore, in the highly unlikely event of system failure due to CTS workmanship standards: CTS will correct the fault free of charge: such is our confidence in our engineers.
Once the warranty period has expired we offer Preventative Maintenance Services, further protecting our Customers investment. Preventative Maintenance Services can be "tailor made" to suit each Customers requirements, with a variety of inspections, service cover, response times, spares holdings, and physical responsibilities.
We also provide Preventative Maintenance Services for antennae systems installed by others, irrespective of CTS involvement.
Generally, Preventative Maintenance Contracts will provide for an annual inspection of the entire system. Whereupon the antenna, electronics, hardware, motors and controls are systematically checked and tested, cleaned and lubricated; and worn and faulty components are replaced. The system is then completely re-commissioned for optimum performance.
Downtime is a cost and inconvenience that our Customers can ill afford. The primary aim of this service is Downtime Prevention.
